AI responses

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing responses before relying on them, especially for legal, medical, financial, security, or other important decisions.

Plans and availability

Model access depends on provider availability, fair-use controls, and the plan shown on your account. Features and available models may change as providers change their services.

Marketplace purchases

Marketplace products are separate from TalkNova subscriptions. Confirm the item, fulfilment terms, price, network, and payment details in the official private Discord ticket before paying.

Account enforcement

TalkNova may rate-limit, suspend, or ban accounts used for abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, or activity that threatens service reliability. Contact support through the official Discord server if you believe an action was made in error.
